Is a UKAS accredited testing laboratory for building materials based in Glenrothes, Scotland. Unlike many UKAS testing laboratories we are interested in the commercial viability of the outcome and will always keep this in mind during our engagement with your company and product.

When you engage the technical team at BPAC you are immediately connected to a network of building performance
professionals. We can offer essential guidance and services that are key to taking a product beyond the early and basic stage of physical testing and proof of concept to realisation of a fully developed and commercialised product or system.
